01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing OrganizeOS on Android, iOS, or Web, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

02 License & Acceptable Use

OrganizeOS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal devices for task management, habit tracking, and home system organization. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the software without prior written consent.
• Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent or disable any security or encryption features.
• Use the service in a way that could damage, overload, or impair its availability.

03 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any encryption passkeys. OrganizeOS employs end-to-end security. Because your encryption key is derived from your credentials, you are responsible for maintaining safe access to your authorized devices and login information. Loss of access to credentials may result in inability to decrypt locally stored data.

04 Subscription & Billing

OrganizeOS offers both a free tier and a Premium subscription. By subscribing to OrganizeOS Premium, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store depending on your platform.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are governed by the respective app store's refund policy.
• Premium features are unlocked immediately upon successful subscription purchase.

05 Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, logos, glassmorphism UI assets, design systems, and trademarks associated with OrganizeOS remain the exclusive property of OrganizeOS. You may not use any branding, logos, or content from the application without express written permission.

06 Limitation of Liability

OrganizeOS provides task reminders and maintenance scheduling software "as is". While we strive for 100% reliability, OrganizeOS is not liable for:

• Indirect damages or missed home maintenance events resulting from device power failures or notification permissions being disabled.
• Data loss resulting from device damage, unauthorized access, or failure to maintain account credentials.
• Interruptions in cloud sync due to third-party service outages (e.g., Firebase).
